Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef Alessandro to create and execute seasonal menus.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards, including DOH regulations.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost management to maintain profitability.
• Assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff, fostering professional development and team growth.
• Innovate and experiment with new techniques and ingredients to elevate the dining experience.
• Act as a key leader in daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service during all shifts.
