L'Artusi is looking for a Head Pastry Chef to oversee its' dessert program as well as the desserts/pastries at our sister location, b'artusi/Via Porta.   The leader will oversee a department of 6 pastry cooks.  We offer a 5 day work week, full suite of benefits (Insurance, PTO, 401K with employer match, dining stipends, cell phone allowance) as well as quarterly bonuses.
