*About the Role*

As AGM, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations, continually defining and refining service excellence at Shiraz Kitchen. This is a leadership role where you will manage the floor during service, perform administrative duties, and collaborate with both FOH and BOH teams to execute our service vision.

*Responsibilities* :

* Oversee and manage daily FOH operations, ensuring seamless service.

* Hire, train, and manage FOH managers and staff to uphold Shiraz Kitchen’s service standards.

* Act as a leader on the floor during service, setting the tone for exceptional hospitality.

* Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.

* Collaborate with FOH and BOH management teams to execute the restaurant’s service vision.

* Continuously refine and improve guest service to create memorable dining experiences.
