At Patisserie Chanson, our commitment to delivering fresh, delicious sandwiches and salads starts early in the day. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Salad Prep Cook for our morning shift, from 5AM to 1PM.

Responsibilities:

* Preparation of meats, vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients for sandwiches and other menu items

* Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure safe and hygienic food preparation

* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas

* Assist in inventory management, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients

* Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in sandwich/salad or prep work

* Proficient knife skills

* Knowledge of basic cooking skills

* Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures

* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* Passionate about producing high-quality, fresh food

* Hungry to learn and grow as this position can offer room for growth into other positions
