*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a Porter to join our team at Kalye, a small, vibrant Filipino restaurant in NYC. This role goes beyond traditional porter duties and includes bar prep work and bussing, making it ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.

*Key Responsibilities

*

* *Cleaning & Maintenance* : Ensure the entire restaurant, including the *dining area, bar, kitchen, and bathrooms* , is clean and well-maintained.

* *Bar Prep* : Assist with *cutting garnishes, stocking bar supplies, refilling juices/mixers, and organizing bar ingredients*.

* *Bussing & Support* : Clear tables, reset dining areas quickly, and support front-of-house staff in maintaining a smooth service.

* *Trash & Recycling* : Take out garbage, recycling, and food waste, ensuring proper disposal.

* *Stocking & Organization* : Help with receiving and organizing deliveries, including keeping supplies and ingredients in order.

* *Assist Kitchen & FOH* : Support the team with basic kitchen prep or other tasks as needed.

*Hourly Rate:* $17-19/hour, based on experience.
