We are a cozy Vietnamese restaurant located in the lower east side of Manhattan offering comfort food. We are seeking an experienced Line Cook (exceptional *wok skills is an added bonus)* to join our kitchen team. *Responsibilities:*

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with a focus on stir-fries, noodles, and other wok-based recipes

- Ensure proper preparation, cooking, and plating of food according to our restaurant’s standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following health and safety regulations

- Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining consistency and quality

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and kitchen flow

- Assist with prep work, inventory, and other kitchen duties as needed

*Qualifications:*

- Proven experience as a Line Cook with a strong focus on wok cooking

- Knowledge of Vietnamese or Asian cuisine is a plus

- Ability to handle high-volume cooking while maintaining quality and speed

- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

- Excellent knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Team player with a positive attitude
