The Happiest Hour,  is a whimsical West Village cocktail bar that evokes bygone California and Florida resorts vibe. The venue is brought to by Golden Age Hospitality , the team behind The Nines, ACME, Le Dive, Deux Chats, and recently opend Elvis .

We are currently seeking a *Lead Line Cook* with a passion for cooking, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

*Responsibilities:*

- Ensure consistent food presentation and quality

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

- Help train team members

- Collaborate with the team to bring creative ideas to the table

*Requirements:*

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a line cook in a similar setting

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- DOH knowledgeable / DOH card

- Flexibility to work during operating hours, with the possibility of working weekends in the future
