Michelin starred Essential by Christophe is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional & memorable service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring that our guests receive the highest standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise the front-of-house team, including captains, service assistants, hosts, runners, barbacks, and bartenders.

* Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the dining room during service hours.

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.

* Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.

* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with grace and professionalism.

* Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

* Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.

* Implement and uphold health and safety regulations.

* Assist in and executing special events and private functions.

* Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.

* Manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the culture, values, and standards of our restaurants.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-end restaurant. Michelin experience is preferred.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Knowledge of fine dining service standards and procedures.

* Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

* A passion for food, wine, and hospitality.
