*Key Responsibilities:*

* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.

* Ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly and correctly, providing excellent service throughout the meal.

* Handle guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.

* Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and surrounding spaces.

* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and ensure their needs are met.

* Process guest payments, ensuring accurate cash handling and credit transactions.

* Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

* Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the dining area, stocking supplies, and cleaning.

* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

* Work together with the team to maintain a positive, professional, and enjoyable work environment.

*Qualifications:*

* Previous experience in a serving or customer service role is a plus but not required.

* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

* Must be at least 18 years old (or comply with local legal age requirements).
