A minimum of 2 years of Line Cook experience is required in a high volume kitchen.. Intimate working knowledge of culinary standards and kitchen operation is required. Must have great attention to detail. Must be ready to work in a high volume kitchen. Food handlers certificate is required. All line cooks are required to learn all stations.
