Candidates must have experience in restaurants with extensive culinary and beverage programs.

We are a venue that operates at a high level of care for all things food, beverage and experience.

-Strong communication skills, team player attitude, organization, punctuality and the ability to remain calm and sharp on busy shifts.

-3+years in NYC dining experience and high volume

-Extensive knowledge in wine and spirits

-Knowledge in Mediterranean cuisine
