*KYU* is seeking an experienced and dynamic *Director of Marketing* to oversee the marketing initiatives for all KYU locations, including Miami, New York, Las Vegas, and our soon-to-be California location. This position is based in New York and plays a pivotal role in shaping the KYU brand, driving awareness, and ensuring consistent and effective marketing strategies across all markets.
*Responsibilities:*
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the KYU brand across all locations.
• Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, social media, print, and partnerships, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with location-specific teams to create tailored marketing campaigns that align with local and overall brand goals.
• Lead the planning and execution of new location launches, including California, ensuring strong community engagement and awareness.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Work closely with the culinary and operations teams to promote seasonal menus, special events, and key initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners to increase visibility and positive coverage.
• Develop and maintain a marketing calendar, including events, promotions, and content schedules.
• Report on the performance of campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring high-quality, on-brand content.
• Lead the social media strategy, engaging with the audience and growing KYU’s digital presence.
Qualifications:
• 7 to 10+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-location marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Experience with public relations and media outreach.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of market trends and insights within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including analytics platforms.
