We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Doorman Security to join our team and help maintain a safe and secure atmosphere for our guests and staff.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Secure and monitor the back service entrance, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access.

* Maintain a constant presence at the service entrance, providing security while offering a discreet yet professional demeanor to staff and vendors.

* Monitor the premises to detect any security breaches, unauthorized access, or potential safety hazards.

* Collaborate with other security staff and restaurant management to ensure the safety of the entire building, including both front and back-of-house areas.

* Enforce safety protocols and procedures, particularly during high-traffic times like deliveries, staff shifts, and special events.

* Act as the first line of defense in case of emergencies, ensuring proper procedures are followed and staff are safely evacuated or directed when necessary.

* Handle deliveries and staff access with professionalism, ensuring the smooth flow of operations without compromising security.

* Maintain accurate records of access, incidents, and any relevant security concerns throughout shifts.

*Requirements:*

* Previous security experience, preferably in a fine dining or hospitality environment.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

* Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

* Must have a valid State ID, US Passport and Social Security Card.
