Palma, a charming and cozy Italian restaurant located in the heart of the West Village, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented *Floral & Visual Assistant* to join our team. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to grow within a vibrant, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* *Floral Care:* Assist in the arrangement, maintenance, and upkeep of fresh flowers and plants throughout the restaurant.

* *Event Setup:* Help with the preparation and execution of event room setups, ensuring a seamless and visually pleasing experience for guests.

* *Cleaning & Organization:* Perform regular cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and organized floral area, dining spaces, and event rooms.

* *Physical Tasks:* Engage in lifting, bending, and moving floral arrangements, supplies, and furniture for events or room setups.

* *Additional Duties:* Assist with any other tasks as needed, including restocking floral supplies, unpacking deliveries, and helping with special projects.

Requirements:

* *Attention to Detail:* A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to help create visually appealing environments.

* *Physical Stamina:* Ability to lift and carry items (up to 50 pounds), bend, and move around the restaurant during shifts.

* *Team Player:* Willingness to collaborate with the rest of the restaurant team to create a welcoming atmosphere.

* *Positive Attitude:* Friendly and eager to learn, with a passion for flowers and design.

* *Previous Experience (Preferred):* Experience in floral care, design, or event setup is a plus, but we are open to training the right candidate.
