*Position Overview:*

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and attend to customers’ needs with a positive, friendly attitude. *Key Responsibilities:*

* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive in a friendly and professional manner.

* Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages.

* Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring that all special requests are communicated to the kitchen.

* Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy of orders.

* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any concerns or needs.

* Process payments using TOAST, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations.

* Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

* Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

* Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.

* Work with team members to create a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance and consistency in service.

*Qualifications:*

* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.

* Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant or Ramen shop preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

* Ability to lift and carry trays, food, beverages, and moderate to heavy weights.

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

* Knowledge of food and beverage menu items

* basic wine, cocktail, and sake knowledge, is a plus.

* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer complaints/inquiries professionally.

**Please be advised the hourly rate takes into consideration $10.65 with a $5.35 tip credit*
