Are you friendly, outgoing, and love creating a welcoming atmosphere? We are looking for a *Restaurant Host* to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. As the face of our restaurant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless guest experience from the moment they walk in.

*Responsibilities:*

* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive with a warm and friendly attitude

* Manage RESY and waitlists efficiently

* Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are seated comfortably

* Answer phone calls and provide accurate information regarding availability, menu, and restaurant hours

* Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area

* Assist in managing the flow of guests and ensuring a smooth seating process

* Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure excellent guest service

*Requirements:*

* Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus, but not required

* A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Ability to remain calm and composed during busy periods

* Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
