You will work under the leadership of our GM. On a day to day you will work on batching, infusions, juicing, organizing, and prep ordering for the bar.

*Responsibilities:*

* Prepare daily batches, infusion, and other bar mis en place.

* Communicate with bar team on orders and prep work.

* Organize the bar and bar storage areas as needed.

*Requirements:*

* Basic understanding of equipment operation.

* Basic Understanding of cooking.

* Basic knowledge of spirits, a plus.

* *Tuesday-Friday with AM availability. Some weekends required.*

* Be able to carry heavy boxes and equipment.

* This is an hourly position, non-tipped position.
