*Role Overview:* The AGM supports the GM in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities include staff supervision, customer engagement, financial oversight, and compliance with regulations.
*Key Responsibilities:*

Assist in hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff.
*
Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH.
*
Maintain service standards and uphold restaurant policies.
*
Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory.
*
Address customer concerns and enhance the guest experience.
*
Collaborate on marketing and promotional initiatives.
*
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Qualifications:*
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
*
Proficiency in restaurant management software and financial reporting.
*
Ability to work nights and weekends.
*
Knowledge of food safety and industry regulations.
*
*Health Department Certificate is required.*
*Schedule:*

Tuesday to Saturday (5 days work week)
*Education & Experience:*
*
High school diploma or GED required; degree in Hospitality preferred.
*
3+ years of managerial experience in a similar setting.
