Located on a landmark corner of the West Village, a block away from the Hudson Promenade, Wallsé opened its doors in July 2000. From the name, to food and décor, every detail of Kurt Gutenbrunner’s first NYC restaurant reflects and embodies his culinary history and vision. The food of Wallsé reflects Kurt’s passion for aesthetics, taste, quality, seasonality, as well as his knowledge of contemporary and classic culinary techniques. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience, preferably in NYC fine dining establishment - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from Chefs
- Considerable knowledge and passion for food
- Exceptional work ethic
- A positive attitude and a team player
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow with the company
- Past experience and interest in Austrian and German cuisine is a plus
