*Nomad Tea Parlour* is looking for *SERVERS* to join our team at *244 Fifth Ave* ! We are looking for team members who are high energy, well presented servers to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests.

Looking for punctual, responsible, experienced individuals with a positive engaging personality and able to provide our guests with an exceptional experience.

We are opening for lunch and dinner 7 days a week very soon, so full time availability is preferred but will consider part time for the right candidate.

* This position will spend 100% of the time standing or walking.

* Abilities & Working Conditions

* Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.

* Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.

* Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.

* May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. occasionally.

* Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.

* Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests and employees.

* Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

* Required to work nights, holidays and weekends.

* Must be able speak and understand basic directions in English.

*Competencies & Qualifications:*

* 1+ year of Server experience in high-volume environment

* Knowledge of and interest in Cantonese cuisine, Cocktails, Tea

* Operate Toast, the point-of-sale (POS) computer system accurately

* Actively practice food safety procedures

* Able to take direction and complete tasks

* Organizational skills

* Effective time management

* Exceptional team player

* Pleasant demeanor

* Positive and clear written and oral communication skills

* Ability to engage guests successfully and build a relationship

* Impeccable grooming as defined by management and dress code
