*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead and inspire a team of kitchen staff, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and taste.
* Develop and innovate seasonal menus featuring elevated bar food that pairs well with our beer offerings.
* Oversee all kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and supplier relationships.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
* Monitor food costs and manage kitchen expenses to meet financial targets.
* Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume, high-quality bar or restaurant setting.
* Strong culinary skills with a creative approach to elevated bar cuisine.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Knowledge of beer and food pairings is a plus.
