Miss Ada is seeking a strong *Bartender* to join our team! We are open for dinner Tuesday-Sunday and brunch on Saturdays & Sundays.  This position is an opportunity to be part of a passionate team in a restaurant centered around our local community. *This role would require both brunch and dinner shifts on a permanent basis.*

Our bar & cocktail program is extremely busy. This is a high energy workplace that is the perfect fit for a someone who loves working in busy neighborhood restaurants. You must have experience in high volume environments and know how to cultivate warm hospitliaty in a fun and collaborative environment. Experience in a similar style of Brooklyn restaurant is preferred.

Ideal Skills and Knowledge:

- experience with both high volume and craft cocktail bartending

- spirit knowledge and experience working with amaros, mezcal, and local spirits

- some natural wine knowledge and a willingness to learn more about wine

- experience with NYC DOH procedures

- experience with Mediterranean cuisine and a willingness to study a large and in depth menu

This role is for 3-4 shifts per week, with a mix of evening and brunch shifts.

The role will report directly to the FOH management team, and will be guided and supported by our head bartender. If you are kind, welcoming, have a love of service, and are strong behind the bar we would love to hear from you!
