*About Ai Fiori*

Highly-acclaimed Ai Fiori, from famed hospitality firm Altamarea Group and located at the Langham New York Hotel, is looking for energetic, passionate, and professional hosts and hostesses to join the team.  Ai Fiori showcases modern interpretations of cuisine from the French and Italian Riviera and offers employees the opportunity to work with quality Italian cuisine & wine/spirits, a respectful, safe, professional work environment, and a management team uniquely invested in the growth and success of all team members.

*Host / Hostess Responsibilities include:*

* Greet upon arrival and interact with guests in a professional, warm and courteous manner and develop guest relationships

* Navigate reservations platform and client database proficiently

* Exhibit knowledge of Ai Fiori’s menus, culinary style and concept, reservations policies, operating hours, and other facts about the restaurants and be able to address common guest inquiries

* Handle various guest interactions, including but not limited to reservations, confirmation calls, guest reservation requests, and pick-up/delivery requests

* Maintain clean dining room and restaurant and adhere to all health and safety standards

*Host / Hostess Requirements include:*

* Substantive host and reservationist experience preferred

* Genuine passion for restaurant hospitality and service

* Energetic and friendly personality, with strong willingness and ability to work as part of a cohesive team and to support colleagues regardless of role, and a positive communication style

* Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume, high-intensity restaurant

* Physical requirements include: ability to handle and carry trays, smallware, equipment, or other items up to 35lbs, and to stand, walk up and down stairs, and exert well-paced mobility for extended period of time

* Flexible schedule and open availability to meet business needs
