Floor Management
* Training - ongoing training with bar, servers, and support staff to focus on food and beverage knowledge, salesmanship.
* Proficiency in Toast (POS) for ordering and floor management (comps/voids etc.)
* Maintain and uphold professional restaurant image including cleanliness and standards
* Managing floor shifts with a mix of daytime and evening availability, weekends, and holidays. Available 40hrs a week
* Communicating clearly, professionally and kindly in all aspects of the business
Operations
* Creating and editing menus on website as well as in house printed menus
* Monthly inventory
* Makes guest satisfaction a priority by monitoring F&B service and quality
* Assist GM in staff reviews
* Proficient in daily sales, EOD cash outs, and safe reconciliations
Events/PR
* Overseeing event inquiries and planning
* Communication with GM and Chef regarding all events/special cocktail menus/catering orders
* Creating special events for Milady’s to incorporate brands, industry, boost sales, and promote Milady’s brand
* Working with GM to manage social media accounts
Experience
* Minimum 3 years experience in cocktail forward bars
* Canva, Adobe, & Social Media not required but a plus
