Position Requirements

* At least, 6-years of bartending experience

* Passionate, with vast knowledge of whiskey (national & international,) artisanal cocktails, flavor profiles and food pairings

* Superior in pouring, mixing, garnishing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

* Strong ability to service, educate and sell

* Strong ability to anticipate needs and consistently provide exceptional customer service

* Knowledge of POS system (Toast)

* Ability to attend pre-shift meetings, monthly training workshops and regular communication meetings

* Food handler’s certificate a plus
