ABOUT YOU:

3+ years of food / restaurant experience

1+ years of F&B management experience

An innate sense of hospitality and a passion for providing extraordinary guest experiences

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to leadership by example through positivity, motivation, and inspiration

Flexibility to work on weekends and close daily (we are open 10 AM to 9 PM every day)

Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy work environment

Knowledge of NYC DOH rules, regulations, and compliance standards

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage FOH staff and service to ensure a premium product for our customers and enjoyable work experience for our team

Be willing to assist and perform the duties of all team positions as necessary

Embody the expectation of excellence that we have for our team members

Maintain the professional image of the store and all staff therein

Foster and promote a positive work environment, focusing on teamwork, mutual respect, leadership and professional development

Lead the charge in establishing world-class hospitality with customers, maintaining positive relationships and promptly resolving guest concerns and issues

Maintain the high standards of quality and experience for which we are known as a brand

Uphold the highest levels of healthy & safety with NYC DOH rules and regulations
