We are an acclaimed chef-driven operation. Interested candidates should be comfortable serving a sophisticated food and drink menu and dealing with heavy volume at times. Experience with classic and modern classic cocktails is a must, as well as comfort working with jiggers, fresh juices, and syrups. Agave spirit knowledge is a big plus.
