Beefbar is looking for a polished and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a warm personality, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Responsibilities

* Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression of Beefbar

* Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently

* Escort guests to their tables and present menus

* Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow

* Manage waiting lists during peak hours

* Answer phone calls professionally and handle inquiries

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

* Assist with special events and large party arrangements

Job Qualifications

* Previous experience as a host in a fine dining establishment preferred

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Professional appearance and demeanor

* Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Proficiency in reservation management systems SevenRooms & Resy

* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

* Capable of light lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
