Upper West Side upscale-casual dining 200 seat restaurant seeking experienced FOH Waitstaff ( *Servers* ) We are assembling a team that is committed to Hospitality and Servicing our guests as well as each other in a high-volume environment.

What we are looking for

Servers -

* Hospitable, Positive Demeanor

* Previous NYC Hospitality experience preferred (1-2 years) in a upscale casual or fine dining

* Food & Beverage (Wine, Spanish Beers, classic Cocktails) Knowledge, Spanish Wines is a plus

* Interpersonal Skills

* Experience with POS (point of sales) system

* Food Safety Knowledge

* Strong communication and listening skills

* The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure

* Flexible availability – must be able to work weekends, holidays, brunch
