Bar Centrale is a small hidden bar, tucked away in the heart of the theater district. We have a full bar, specializing in classic cocktails, and serve a menu of elevated bar fare.

We are open for business Tuesday - Saturday from 5pm - midnight and will soon open Monday nights as well.

We are a company that greatly values it’s employees and treats each person with respect and integrity.

We are looking for a server with bartending experience or a willingness to learn. You will have a set schedule that will comprise of 2 night shifts. Saturday night will likely be one of these shifts. Our ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and be available to pick up extra shifts when needed.
