*Duties and Responsibilities:*
· Interact with and provide food and drinks for guests in the restaurant.
· Must learn all tables numbers and seat positions
· Keep the dining room area clean and organized.
· Have full knowledge of the menu items and cocktail list
· Maintain a properly set wait station (see SOPs).
· Make sure all side work is complete.
· Attend daily pre shift to review the menu daily for changes and specials
· Describe menu items and wine as requested, per training.
· Follow the service and house standards and expectations at all times.
· Open all wine/water bottles.
· Take orders properly. Repeat back to guest . always inquire about Allergies
· Put order through in Toast properly.
· Handle all payment methods.
· Ensure that all closing side work is thoroughly completed.
· Clean and set up tables and trays.
· Clean, set up, and breakdown tables, trays, and stations per SOPs.
· Check, clean, and maintain all F&B areas constantly.
· Replenish side stations throughout the service.
· Polish silverware and glassware in the service stations and kitchen throughout the service.
· Complete all side work duties per SOPs including pre and post-shift, daily, weekly, and monthly duties.
· Always be present when food is being delivered to the tables
· Ensure guest tables are maintained at all times to company standards and expectations
· Describe food items presented to guests when necessary.
· Assist in setting up tables properly.
· Work closely with the management team to assess and achieve the daily needs of each outlet and meet the necessary parts for the individual services. This will include but is not limited to:
o Napkin folds – specific design determined by the outlet, store properly in each outlet.
o Refill salt and pepper shakers.
o Polish and stock glassware.
o Polish and stock silverware.
o Ensure linen is retrieved and stored properly for each outlet.
· Retrieve candles, store them properly, and load votives for each F&B outlet.
· Perform other duties as requested.
· Other duties assigned by Manager.
*Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:*
· 2+ years’ experience in upscale restaurant, previous serving experience required.
· Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions according to established procedures
· Fluent in the English language, write, read and speak. Bi or Multi-lingual preferred.
· Work efficiently, utilize multi-tasking, prioritize tasks.

*Who we are:*
Manny's is an Upscale Casual venture situated in the Lincoln Center neighborhood of Manhattan's Upper West Side. Opened in 2020 after the manager of the location's previous incarnation, Bistro Cassis, took the restaurant over, new owner Manuel Colon has since worked tirelessly to "take the restaurant to a new level." The project is now embarking on a transition to a more elevated take on the classic French Bistro concept, and the charismatic and knowledgeable *Server* will be a keystone of this endeavor.
