Pastry Sous-Chef

Michelin Starred Chef Christophe Bellanca is looking for Pastry Sous Chef.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has a strong work ethic, self-motivated, organized with a strong desire to learn and grow with us.

We are seeking experienced Pastry Sous Chef to work with our pastry team to execute our dessert menu, while maintaining the highest quality of food presentation, sanitation and standards set forth by our Executive Chef. Responsibilities include production of ingredients and preparing station mise en place for pm service.

Responsibilities include the fabrication.

Candidate must demonstrate highly accurate knife skills and safe food handling methods .

Weekend Availability is a Must.
