o Assist chef with food ordering each week, keeping costs controlled.
- Keep restaurant clean and organized
- Focus on increasing sales and upselling
o Table service
o Delivery
o Take out
- Weekly food and liquor inventory
- Make employee schedules
o Keep payroll lean
- Enter bills into quickbooks
- Enter sales receipt into QuickBooks

Pay: $62,400.00 - $78,000.00 per year
