RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests

* Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests' expectations.

* Own guest bookings through Opentable to ensure a smooth service

* Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.

* Know and try to upsell all our activities to guests

* Cleans, organizes and stocks menus at the host area.

* Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and activities

* Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave to ensure a positive dining experience.

* Performs other duties as directed.
