*About the Role*

We are looking for experienced and outgoing people to join the FOH team at Marian's. The open positions will encompass serving, greeting guests and clearing tables in a fast-paced, upscale and fun environment. We support a positive culture of promoting from within and are seeking the right candidates who also share our values. *Previous restaurant experience in an upscale, fast paced or fine-dining restaurant required.*

*Responsibilities*

* Greet guests, take orders, provide food & beverage service, and monitor each guests’ dining experience

* Effectively utilize the Toast POS system to take and adjust orders, pace food and process payments

* Interact with the dining room guests, fellow employees, and supervisors in a professional manner

* Present menus, answer questions and make suggestions for all food and beverage items

* Provide guests with information regarding our story and brand

* Record and report any guest allergy or dietary restriction to the kitchen staff

* Communicate respectfully and clearly with service team and management

* Assist teammates to anticipate all other FOH needs

* Engage management for any guest issue or complaint

* Properly set-up the floor and abide by company opening/closing procedures

* Maintain and clean all stations in venue and guests view. Everything should look intentional

* Complete all end-of-shift financial procedures in accordance with company guidelines

* Additional service and/or operational tasks as determined by lead/management

*Skills & Requirements*

* Minimum 2 year of restaurant serving experience in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment

* Excellent communication and hospitality skills

* Desire and dedication to learn and offer a personalized service

* Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere

* Must be professional, enthusiastic and receptive to performance feedback

* Experience with Resy and Toast preferred

* Bartending and Kitchen experience is a plus but not required
