ilili seeks experienced hospitality professionals for an exciting *Bartender* opportunity! Ideal candidates will have previous experience in upscale, high volume restaurants in New York City. Positive attitude is a must!

Our bar program focuses on a rotating array of ~12 cocktails (mostly inspired by old and modern classics), a broad range of BTG wines with an emphasis on Lebanese and a well-considered spread of Non-Alcoholic options.

Bartenders are not just drinks-making machines (services can be very intensive here), but will also need to be consummate hosts, providing top-class hospitality to the 12 guests seated at the bar. Strong ability to retain food knowledge, along with the ability to multi-task under pressure, are essential traits for a successful candidate.

Our team is collaborative and inclusive, and requires folks with open minds who can leave their ego at the door - this team pulls together towards shared goals, and is focused on professional growth. Our bartenders are involved in production and pre-batching, as well as service, so knowledge of bar production techniques are a bonus.
