One Michelin-starred restaurant, Casa Mono, is seeking a passionate and experienced FOH Hourly Supervisor to join our team!

Our FOH Supervisor will work closely with our management team to uphold the company’s values and policies while improving and elevating service standards.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

* Oversee daily operations

* Ensure the satisfaction of all guests; touch tables to cultivate regulars

* Ensure consistent execution of food, beverage, service, and hospitality

* Conduct pre-shift meetings

* Ensure that operational and training standards are consistently followed by all team members.

Desired candidates will have:

* Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a restaurant leadership position

* A genuine passion for hospitality

* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire service team members

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Familiarity with Toast is preferred

* Bilingual English /Spanish a plus
