*Position Overview* :

As a Reservationist at Blanca, you will be the first point of contact for our discerning guests. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless flow of reservations while ensuring that every guest receives personalized attention. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine dining, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment. Additionally, this role works closely with our team of chefs to ensure that all dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests are accurately noted and accommodated.

*Key Responsibilities* :

* Manage incoming reservations through phone, email, and our reservation system.

* Provide a personalized and efficient booking experience, ensuring the needs and preferences of guests are met.

* Work closely with the Front of House and Service teams to ensure smooth seating arrangements and reservation management.

* Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure all guest allergies, dietary restrictions, and preferences are accurately communicated and taken into account.

* Handle special requests and requirements, ensuring guest satisfaction and attention to detail.

* Monitor and manage reservation availability, ensuring optimal table turnover and a balanced guest flow.

* Assist in managing the guest waitlist during peak times with professionalism and courtesy.

* Maintain an organized and accurate reservation log.

* Represent the brand’s high standards of service and hospitality, both on the phone and in person.

*Qualifications* :

* Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.

* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.

* Proficiency with reservation software (OpenTable, Resy, or similar) is a plus.

* Knowledge of fine dining and the expectations of Michelin-level service is highly desirable.

* Ability to handle sensitive and high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.

* Passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

* Ability to effectively communicate dietary needs and restrictions to the kitchen team.
