Minimum experience 5 years as a grillman.

Schedule:

* Sunday morning and evenings when needed

* Monday varies

* Tuesday evening

* Wednesday varies

* Thursday evening

* Friday 8:30am-4pm

* Highly motivated

Mr. Broadway Glatt Kosher Restaurant located in Midtown Manhattan is looking for an experienced Grill Man with at least 10 years’ experience to perform a variety of duties in the preparation of associated grill products.

*Physical Requirements:*

* Good vision and hearing

* Manual dexterity

* Standing, bending, stretching and walking throughout shift

* Upper body strength, arms, wrists and hands

* Lift and carry 30 pounds

* Maintain good personal hygiene/uniform

*Essential social & Mental Requirements:*

* Basic reading and math skills

* Works well with others/team player

* Maintains composure while under stress

* Plans and organizes

* Retains verbal requests

* Retains menu preparation procedures
