Are you a passionate mixologist with a flair for creating memorable experiences? Little Maven is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our bar service, crafting exceptional drinks, engaging with guests, and contributing to an unforgettable dining experience.

What You'll Do:

- Craft Exceptional Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and creativity.

- Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

- Engage with Guests: Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with guests, offering drink recommendations, and handling requests or concerns with a positive attitude.

- Ensure Quality Control: Maintain high standards of drink presentation and quality, following recipes and mixing techniques to perfection.

- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders and timing, ensuring a seamless service experience.

- Maintain a Clean Bar Area: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

- Handle Transactions: Process payments accurately, manage tabs, and handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

-Experience Matters: Previous bartending experience in a high-end establishment is preferred. A passion for mixology and a willingness to learn is essential.

-Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of cocktail recipes, beverage preparation, and responsible alcohol service. Familiarity with fine dining etiquette is a plus.

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with guests and team members confidently.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with grace under pressure.

-Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.

- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

-Certifications: Responsible alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS) is a plus.
