Shalom Japan, a Michelin recognized, Jewish Japanese fusion restaurant helmed by James Beard Award-winning chefs Aaron Israel and Sawako Okochi, is hiring for their floor team. This position could serve as part time or full time. Saturday and Sunday brunch shifts are available, as well as closing weekday and weekend shifts. Serving experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.

We are a family owned and operated restaurant with a casual but refined atmosphere. Knowledge of Square and Resy is a plus, as well as a passion for hospitality, and an interest in Japanese or Jewish food. The menu is small and concise and changes seasonally so studying is required for both food and beverage. We are a small, very busy neighborhood restaurant with good vibes and a close-knit team.
