*Responsibilities*

* Employees are responsible for providing a welcoming and professional customer experience while maintaining speed and efficiency.

* Drink preparation must be executed with precision, following all recipes and standards to ensure consistency in every order.

* The cafe must always be kept spotless, which includes dishwashing, wiping surfaces, restocking, and keeping everything organized throughout the shift.

* Employees must be able to handle high-pressure situations, stay composed, and keep up with demand, especially during peak hours.

* Communication and teamwork are essential, and everyone is expected to support one another to keep operations running smoothly and maintain a positive environment.

* All procedures and standards must be followed exactly as trained, with no shortcuts or deviations.

*Scheduling Requirements*

* This is a full-time position requiring 35-40 hours per week across five shifts.

* Shifts are typically 7-10 hours long and may start as early as 6:30 a.m. or end as late as 6:00 p.m.

* Applicants must be available for a consistent schedule over an extended period.

* We do not offer flexible or part-time scheduling at this time.
