Albert’s Bar, the newest spot from the team behind The Spaniard and The Penrose, located in the heart of midtown, is looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team!

THE ROLE:

As a management team member, you will help oversee daily operations for Albert's Bar. We're seeking a strategic thinker, problem-solver, multi-tasker, and excellent communicator. This key leader will uphold Albert's Bar's standards of excellence in all areas, including team management, quality of service, workplace culture, and guest relations.

WHO YOU ARE:

* 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

* Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and cocktails

* An approachable leader who can motivate, manage and develop a large and diverse team

* Excellent verbal and written/digital communication skills

* Self-starter who is results-oriented and who appreciates and takes initiative on both the essential details and the bigger picture

* Team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

* Full availability, including nights and weekends

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* Hands-on management of day-to-day operations of Albert's Bar

* Help oversee the FOH and BOH teams, working floor shifts, creating a positive work environment, driving sales, motivating the team, and creating exceptional guest experiences

* Assist with the hiring, training, coaching, and overall development of team members, including orientation, performance reviews, and any necessary disciplinary actions

* Foster a dynamic, enjoyable, and inclusive culture

* Maintain quality and standards of Albert's Bar culture, food, drink, service, and atmosphere
