Beefbar, a premier upscale restaurant, is seeking an experienced and passionate Evening Pastry Cook to join our team shift. This full-time position plays a vital role in preparing delectable pastry items and maintaining our high standards of quality and service during the evening hours.

*Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:*

* Prepare pastry menu items from start to finish for evening service, including preparation of ingredients, cooking, and plating

* Assist with basic prep duties as directed by the Pastry Chef for evening service

* Maintain knowledge of products, ingredients, allergens, and sourcing

* Ensure proper storage and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas during evening shifts

* Collaborate with the Pastry Chef and other front and back of house evening teams

* Complete evening shift opening and closing side work checklists daily

* Comply with the Department of Health and workplace safety regulations

* Perform other duties as assigned by management during evening shifts

*Requirements:*

* 1+ years of experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant environment, preferably evening shifts

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy boxes (at least 50 lbs)

* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

* Excellent teamwork and communication skills

* Knowledge of BeefBar brand, culture, and products

* Polished personal presentation and grooming per company standards
