FESTIVÁL is HIRING

We are looking for a solid head bartender with 5+yrs fine dining experience full time 40hrs and will build a schedule around your availibility. Must thrive in a busy cafe style bar and have a keen attention to detail and beverage program. Plus bonus for extra event based work. $15pr hr + $2k week tips estimated + bones event pay. Needs to bartend as well as wait tables.

Responsibilities.

- Managing the bar and cleanliness

- Prepping, batching, and inventory + new cocktail creation

- Training any new team members on the beverage program

- Working with the Mixologist/Owner on menu creation and adaptation

-Must be passionate about hospitality
