*Job Despcription:*

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Maitre'D. Ideally, you will have experience in a high volume and fast-paced environment. Open availability is strongly preferred, particularly on weekends. Candidates should have a positive, upbeat, hospitable attitude, great phone presence, familiarity with RESY and take pride in their appearance.

*Responsibilities :*

* Organize greeting, seating and exiting of all guests using a professional demeanor.

* Able to communicate professionally and effectively with both guests and staff.

* Organize all reservations and guests using the most effective guest and restaurant conscious procedures.

* Professionally and effectively communicate with guests & managers to ensure guest satisfaction.

* Maintain guest relationships to promote repeat business.

* Implement quick and efficient decisions based on guest and/or restaurant needs.

* Utilizing Resy to the best of its capacities and create a good rhythm of service.

* Must be able to stand and or walk for long periods of time without sitting.

* Maintain the email inbox and reply to inquiries, flag emails for managers and keep track of special requests.

* Must be able to print menus and do quality checks.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $21.00) plus tips
