The Assistant Pastry Chef is responsible to collaborate with the Pastry Chef on department development, menu execution, production and service, with a real passion for desserts, a great attitude, and exceptional work ethic. We are looking for a w ell-rounded pastry professional with fine dining experience including creation, plating, assembling, tempering chocolate, baking, ice cream production, etc.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience on fine dining pastry environment, knowledge of Italian ingredients and techniques, good communication and teamwork skills.
