* Ensure security and proper tagging of all checked items.

* Provide efficient service while ensuring the safe return of guests' belongings.

* Refer customers to supervisors if needed.

* Collect lost items after events and store them.

* Address guest inquiries or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

* Maintain a positive attitude and uphold high standards of customer service.

* Handle cash transactions for coat check services
