FLOOR MANAGER

Our mission here at Thai Diner is simple - quality great tasting food & friendly guest service. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for service, mentoring & managing the day to day flow of operations to join the team!

Requirements:

* Must have 3-4 years of high volume restaurant management experience

* Detail oriented and open communication skills

* Staff management and training background

* Guest relations

* Open availability

* Wine knowledge is a plus!

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Directing the flow of service, providing consistent leadership and delegating responsibilities, through leading-by-example

* Assist with hiring, training and education of front-of-house staff

* Perform restaurant opening and closing activities

* Ensure that restaurant service and quality standards are constantly met
