Now seeking enthusiastic *Bussers* who thrive in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant environment to join our dynamic service team!

*Busser Responsibilities :*

* Perform opening and closing procedures

* Clearing tables, setting tables, refilling beverages and dishware, and attending to guest requests

* Ensure the area is well stocked, and maintain the cleanliness of the workspace throughout the shift

* Cleaning, polishing and restocks the different equipment (ex: glasses, silverwares, linen, etc.)

* Ensure that the guest tables and bus stations are maintained to our standards at all times and in a timely fashion

* Assist the servers during service to provide the best experience

* Provide attentive and quality service to all guests during their dining experience

*Requirements :*

* Proven work experience as a Busser/Runner (min. 1 year)

* Ability to comprehend, read, write and speak English fluently

* A comprehensive, working knowledge of the hospitality business

* Attentiveness and patience for customers

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

* Active listening and effective communication skills

* Flexibility to work in shifts (weekends requiered)

* Appreciation for French cuisine and culture is a plus
